•What hiring managers look for beyond certifications — and why many qualified professionals still get overlooked
•How to move forward with clarity and intention, knowing what skills, roles, and next steps make sense for you
The core responsibilities, language, and expectations of PMs, and how they differ across industries and titles
About the Instructor
Joy is a PMP-certified Project Management practitioner with a Master of Science in Project Management and over 8 years of cross-industry experience across technology, infrastructure, operations, and complex environments.
She has helped professionals from diverse backgrounds successfully break into project management and move into PM-aligned roles across multiple industries.

February Foundations reflects how project management actually functions in the real world — not textbook theory.
